Indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, large lounge room, and seperate rumpus/tv room for the kids. Secure garaged parking for 2 vehicles and off street parking available.

BOOKING INFORMATION

LA VILLA NOODELLE is a great place to spend your holiday, but we do have neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and keep noise to a minimum.

We accept bookings for family groups or couples, NOT schoolies or large groups of singles.

This property has a no large party or function policy.

Tariff is based on average 8 person adult stay 5 night minimum, children under 13 free (max 12 people)

Minimum nights stay is 5 nights unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will except 3 nights.

A security bond is required by way of credit card.

If you wish to secure a booking, confirm via email and we will send you an aplication form. Upon aceptance, we require a 25% deposit by credit card (visa/mastercard) Or direct debit.

The remaining 75% must be paid two weeks prior to your arrival.

Deposits can be refunded if we can re-book the entire time you were allocated.

LINEN AND EXIT CLEAN : A standard charge of $350 applies to each booking to cover bedding, towels and exit clean upon departure.

EXTRA SERVICES : Extra cleaning and linen during your stay incurs a charge of $350 inc GST

UPON ARRIVAL : You will be greeted upon arrival and given a tour of the house and its features. We are also happy to answer any queries regarding entertainment, nearby facilities or directions.
