It's hard to describe the feeling of shedding the "city madness" (that we all too often carry with us), by simply sitting on the elevated deck of the Denmark Holiday House - just listening to the forest breathe and watching the natural outlook.
Welcome to Denmark - Western Australia, and specifically 8km's away up the Mt Shadforth hillside to a rural retreat that we're sure you'll love to visit again and again.
The Denmark Holiday House has the benefit of being a fantastic "Great Southern" central location for local visits and day-trips to the surrounding towns and tourist attractions. It's only a 40 minute drive to visit Albany, or Walpole (the Tree Top Walk is spectacular) or perhaps Mt Barker. Head out for the day, returning to your own home-away-from-home to comfortably prepare for another day.
Denmark also has its many local attractions to keep you busy - if you don't want to drive too far. Within easy reach from your accommodation are wineries, local food produce, beaches, bush walking, river activities, Denmark town & shops, chocolates, kids activities and much much more.
