CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is made 2 months prior to stay 50% of deposit will be returned.
If cancellation is made 1 month prior to stay, deposit will not be returned.
If cancellation is made 2 months prior to stay, any other monies paid ie (Balance) will be refunded in full.
If cancellation is made 1 month prior to stay, 50% of any other monies paid ie (Balance) will be refunded.
BOND:
The bond may vary for 1 week stays during the Christmas/January period and Easter. To be advised by owner on initial enquiry. $600.00 is the standard weekend rate.
