There are only four houses on the Mt - all on acreages & only one neighbour on our side of Mt, way up back & they are rarely there!
This private, luxury 5 acre mountaintop getaway is less than 3 hrs from Sydney & 2 1/2 hrs from Canberra, in the famous Budawang Mt Ranges!
Direct access to national park, spectacular rock overhangs & 20m rock chasms virtually in your backyard! 10mins to Mt Bushwalker trail & 13 mins to Lake Conjola fishing, swimming & surfing, 15 mins to Miltons superb restaraunts, Pilgrims coffee, antique & frock shops, 25 mins to famous Mollymook beach, Hilltop golf course & award winning Bannisters restaurant! 1/2 hr from the magnificence of Bendalong!

MILTON & BEACHES
*** A BIT OF THE LOWDOWN ON WHAT TO EXPECT (TAKEN FROM NOTES PROVIDED @ RESIDENCE & UPDATED FOR GUESTS ON ARRIVAL) :-
" The pantrys are usually full so if you forget anything, it is most likely here! We do suggest that if you use something up, plz simply replace, or @ least leave a note re same, so I can, & the next guests are not inconvenienced!
The lower draw of the freezer has food for our use when doing maintenance/cleaning etc, but you are welcome to use it if you get stuck!
There is a large fridge for alcoholic beverages in the rear w/shop & is very useful for large groups of guests for extended stays! Plz contact us if this is needed!
Rob, the local butcher in Milton is fantastic! The meat @ IGA is also always good!
Curries from Bronnie @ “the Kitchen”, opp IGA are great value!
“Pilgrims” @ the crossing in Milton is iconic, but often very crowded & there is a pletora of excellent coffee shops in Milton now!
“Coastal Indulgence”, again opp IGA, is a great value meal, esp the "ceasar salad with king prawns".
Many of the restarunts in Milton have recently become licenced, but allow BYO @ reasonable rates! Much better value than Bannisters!
“Banisters” in Mollymook is in a spectacular location, but can be expensive! The “poolbar” is open to the public after 6pm, & is highly recommened as a bit of resort luxury without the costs of staying there! Roddy Reason alternate Fri & Sun evenings provides excellent music!
Gary @ the Bendalong General Store is really nice & has a great little coffee shop out back!
There are so many good places, but discovering them is half the fun! Hopefully the above tips will help!
Beaches
Bendalong is my favoured area, but a little further to travel (25-30mins)! The Sth end of Washies (Washerwomens Beach) around from the main bay @ Bendie (Wst end) is usually isolated & a spectacular beach to spend a day lazing about on the shaded sand beneath casurinas, watching the calm clear water lap the shore with ya darling!
Cunjarong Point, on the Nth side of Lake Conjola is spectacular any time of day, but esp @ sunset! Green Is, also accessable from here @ low tide, is magnificent & a legendary surf spot!
Lake Conjola
The lake is the closest for swimming, fishing surfing!
10mins to the deepwater boatramp @ Wst Conjola (R @ h/way, L @ Conjola t/off, & next L will take you directly there)
15mins to the Lake entrance/Green Is (see info above), but has to be accessed through the caravan park!
Beaches in Town
Narrawallee is the closest town beach! Turn L @ the lights on the Sth side of Milton & follow Matrons Porter Rd all the way to the end!
To access the Sth end, do a R into Surfers Ave, but it can be crowded in holidays!
Great beach for walking swimming, surfing (esp Nth end), & fishing! Superb lake for picnics, boating, swimming etc! Pelican Itch can be a problem @ times, from swimming in the lake though!
Mollymook is spectacular!
The Nth end is protected in a noreaster & is a favoured location for gorgeous young women! Mulimillion $ properties esp @ this end!
The Boggie Hole is a well kept local secret @ the Sth end & is a natural rockbound swimming hole & a great, protected location to take young children, Also accessable by driving through the 9 hole golf course!
Golfie is an excellent reef break in front of Boggie Hole, but is often crowded!
Collers, on the Sth side of this bay, is one of the best breaks when a swell is u, but again is often crowded!
(Plz be aware, that neither of these last two breaks are for beginners)
Rennies is another spectacular beach that is protected from a noreaster! It picks up an excellent wave & has the advantage of less tourists! Accessed off Deering St (L @ top of the hill in the main St of Ulladulla. Road leads out to the lighthouse, but do a R just before the end of the builtup area)"

Plz note: 1. The $50/adult & $25/Child (under 12 years) ONLY APPLYs FOR EXTRA GUESTS ADDITIONAL TO ALL THREE BEDROOMS BEING OCCUPIED! (i.e. utilising any of the two quality, full-length, very comfortable lounges in the separate loungerooms)!
