This stately 4 bedroom grand residence has been beautifully renovated and all traditional features, such as the magnificent stained timber architraves, picture rails and mantles, have been preserved as original feature for you to enjoy.
For your comfort, Hopkins on Charles has a fully ducted heating and air conditioning system to all rooms as well as additional individual heating and electric blankets in each of the bedrooms. WiFi available.(charge) Ipad.pod/phone docking station.
There are two huge Master Bedrooms,each with quality and comfortable pillow top queen beds, one with an ensuite, plus two additional bedrooms both with beautiful Tasmanian Oak polished floors containing twin King Single beds in each as well as a double fully sprung divan in the dining room.
Hopkins on Charles can therefore accommodate up to 10 persons if required.
Being adjacent the Moonah Shopping Precinct, it is in a great central location for shopping, restaurants, and access to attractions.

A lovely feature is the huge formal lounge is with its magnificent huge original fireplace and craftsman built mantle piece along with the traditional bay window overlooking the front garden which also catches the early morning sun.
A separate sunroom catches the morning sun and is a delightful place to contemplate the day ahead.
The formal dining room also contains the original mantle and another 2nd brick fireplace along with an 8 seater dining suite and comfortable divan that also doubles up as a double bed should the same be required.
The separate kitchen which was fully renovated several years ago is relatively spacious and comes complete with a smaller dining suite. A unique feature is the under bench wall oven and hot plates built into the original kitchen fireplace.
There are two bathrooms for convenience as well as a fully equipped laundry with auto washing machine and dryer and laundry trough.
There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles if required.
