Pricing
Peak:- December/January $2100.00 per week (7 day block) extra nights charged at $350.00 Per night. With weekend packages available (Friday to Sunday 2 nights) $700.00
Easter:- 4days 3nights $975
School holidays:- $1900.00 per week (7 day block) extra nights charged at $275.00 Per night.
Off Peak:- $1800.00 per week (7 day block) extra nights charged at $300.00 Per night. With weekend packages available (Friday to Sunday 2 nights) $600.00
Bond:- week stay $750 week end $350
NB - It is expected the property will be returned in the same state as when rental commences
Property is rented on the basis that it will host only the number of persons it is able to sleep. Failure to disclose functions that host numbers higher than this will result in loss of bond
Bond to be paid as deposit with $150 cancellation fee if cancelled 6 weeks prior to booking. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 6 weeks prior to booking, unless the dates cancelled are subsequently Re-Booked
