Description
This premium 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury apartment is one of most popular on the island! Hibiscus 004 is on the ground floor, opening up onto a lush grassed area, off your private patio, for children to play on and the views over Catseye Bay are spectacular.
It is a modern, clean and well presented renovated self-contained apartment with air-conditioning throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and the necessary safety features for your child(ren).
The living/dining area is furnished for comfort and has a flat screen TV (Austar), video player, DVD unit and stereo player and opens onto the patio where you will find outdoor dining setting, private BBQ and sun-lounges.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and walk- in dressing room. The second bedroom is set-up well for another couple, or the kids, with a queen bed plus a single bed. There is a rollaway bed if required (charges may apply) and a port-a-cot and highchair. Linen and bath towels are supplied, you will just need to bring along cot linen and beach towels.
To get around the island with ease you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment and this service is also provided for your return.
Youll have access to all resort facilities, including *water-sports and the kids *Clownfish Club, where child-minding and baby-sitting services are available. In addition to the resort pools, all guests & residents of these apartments have the use of two private swimming pools, spa & two private barbeques.

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and small supermarket on the island.
Most credit cards are accepted on the island and there is an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island - EFTPOS facilities are also available.

If you have a young family and are heading Hamilton Island way we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. We (2 Adults + 16 Mth Old) stayed in the apartment with another couple (2 Adults + 2yo and 8mth old) and found the apartment sensational. Heaps of space and the quality of the kids inclusions (toys, books, safety locks, change table, bathing aids etc) was a pleasant surprise. We were regularly visited by wildlife such as Kookaburras, Rainbow Lorikeets and Cockatoos and there is even a resident goanna - absolutely fantastic.
Highly, highly recommend this property.
Also, when we stayed, because we stayed for longer than 7 days we had a dinner cruise included for free on the Denison Star. That, we also highly recommend. The included golf buggy was a huge plus and added hours of fun for the whole family. The pool, while servicing the whole apartment block was more like a private swimming pool.
If there was any negative at all it's that you have to pay extra for the water sports such as catarmeran's and snorkling but really... it's not a big enough negative to turn someone away from this place.
But honestly... book now, it's a rippa!

The perfect holidays with kids. Unit is situated on a grassy lawn with pool and beach in easy reach. Kookaburra's, Wallabies and Goanna's visited us regularly and Hamilton Island is naturally very beautiful.The apartment has everything you need. It's big and well located. Lots of white tiles and 80's cane furniture, but very functional for a family holiday. Check that the owner has put an outdoor table and chairs into the property before you book. Every other place in the block has one and this place really needed one to finish the experience. Great service by the company that takes the booking and picks you up from the airport in your golf buggy. EASY WITH KIDS!
