This beautifully renovated, extra large 3 bedroom apartment is ideal location positioned between the resort and the marina, overlooking Catseye beach and Catseye Bay.
Not only is Poinciana 201 the ideal private getaway spot it has views from the lounge, the master bedroom, the ensuite and the 3rd bedroom. The apartment has been furnished beautifully to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious at the same time. Its fantastic value and has so much to offer. With spacious rooms, this extra-large three-bedroom apartment has the best position on Hamilton Island.
Picture yourself on the expansive white-tiled balcony, relaxing with a glass of champagne at the outdoor setting, while soaking up the magnificent views. Theres also a barbeque on the balcony for outdoor entertaining.
The apartment is completely self-contained, fully air-conditioned and includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is modern with all stainless modern appliances and island bench. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, and bath and pool towels are supplied.
The spacious lounge and dining area features a Plasma TV (Austar) and DVD player and opens on to a large balcony with the most sensational views of Catseye Bay. With your own outdoor setting and BBQ you can entertain outdoors as well.
To keep you entertained during those quiet moments the apartment has over 100 assorted DVD's, assorted board games and books.
Sleeping is a dream in the master bedroom, with a king size bed looking out over the bay with your own balcony. There is an ensuite with a double love shower, LCD TV (Austar) with DVD player.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king size bed or 2 king singles. In each room there is a LCD flat screen TV (Austra) with DVD players. There is a foldaway bed, cot, and highchair and baby bath available.
Well make sure youre holiday runs smoothly, by picking you up and dropping you off at the Airport or Ferry terminal. And so you can explore the island with ease, well provide you with the full use of a complimentary buggy during your stay.
Theres plenty to keep you entertained on Hamilton Island. You have access to all resort facilities including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. As well as enjoying the resort pools, all guests and residents of these apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool, with spa and BBQ.

Visit the centre of Hamilton Island if youd like to visit the many retail outlets or check out the dozens of activities available through tour operators. If you want to dine out, there are more than ten restaurants or takeaway outlets, not to mention child-minding and baby-sitting services available. If "eating-in" is your thing then you can shop for groceries at the local supermarket and bakery.
Most credit cards are accepted on the island. Theres an ATM outside the Westpac Bank on the harbour side of the island and EFTPOS facilities are available.

The unit was fantastic. It is in the best possible location on the island, being between both the pools/beach and the marina/restaurants. It also had a fantastic view being on the top floor and in the centre of the building. Anytime we were in the unit and not alseep, we were on the balcony. The only downside was the toilet was in the main bathroom and sharing only 1 bathroom with 5 people was a little inconvenient. That aside, it was excellent value for money. Would stay again.
