This generous contemporary house is set on 5 acres of native gardens and pasture with magnificent views of the Kangaroo Valley escarpment. Tucked away at the end of a country lane it provides a private oasis of peace and serenity.

The property sits elevated with a view of the Upper River Valley surrounded by farmland and rainforest that is home to many native animals and birds.

The architecturally designed house features modern open plan living with gourmet kitchen, a large stone fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning, four generous bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living and dining area is filled with natural light that overlooks the pool and deck area, perfect for indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. It opens up to the pool deck through large glass doors that fold right back to allow the outdoors to be welcomed in. The deck is the perfect place for alfresco dining with a large four burner barbecue and outdoor setting. Outside is also a generous rustic dining table with bench seating for up to twenty under a vine covered pergola.

Each of the beautifully appointed bedrooms enjoys easy access to modern Travertine tiled bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom is a private retreat that enjoys breath taking views of the escarpment from it's own balcony. It has a large en-suite containing a spa bath also designed to enjoy the view while you relax in the bath with a glass of champagne.

The other three bedrooms are downstairs. Each bedroom has it's own individual style with a view of the surrounding landscape.

The Caesar stone kitchen is equipped with a five burner gas cook top, large oven, dish washer, microwave and fridge/freezer with ice-maker. There is plenty of bench space and storage to prepare and cook up your favorite meals as a holiday treat.
