This fully furnished, executive-style, one bedroom apartment is situated on the second podium level of this premier apartment complex, adjacent to the New Acton heritage precinct.
The open plan living and dining areas are beautifully appointed, and provide stylish accommodation for either a short term holiday stay, or a longer period for work or study.
The large master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and connecting bathroom, Miele appliances throughout the roomy kitchen, and a spacious living area opening on to the balcony from which Lake Burley Griffin and Black Mountain can be viewed.
The laundry is very well equipped with front loading washing machine and dryer, and doubles as a powder room with a second toilet and wash basin.
Features within in The ApARTment complex include modern and original sculptures and paintings, a theatrette, gymnasium, roof-top garden, audio/video security access, secure undercover parking, and a lockable storage cage.
Outside the building are bars, restaurants, a boutique grocery, hairdresser, coffee shops and much more only metres away.
Five minutes walk will see you in downtown Canberra CBD or Australian National University. A 50m stroll over a pedestrian bridge puts you on the edge of Lake Burley Griffin at Acton Ferry Terminal.
A five minute drive, (or 15 minute cycle), can take you to National Gallery of Australia, Australian War Memorial, Parliament House, National Museum of Australia, or Museum of Australian Democracy (Old Parliament House).
