Mango Manor is a short stay complex in Darwin, Northern Territory comprising a recently renovated three bedroom classic older House, a one bedroom Hibiscus Apartment and a large stylish Studio. Available to rent together or separately, they are all set in lovely papaya filled tropical gardens with patio areas, spa, bbq and a stable of bikes to explore the local charms of Ludmilla, Parap and Fannie Bay.

Mango Manor is an ideal home base to relax in, or from which to organise more remote activities. It offers versatile accommodation in terms of privacy and
entertainment options to suit a range of guest requirements, whether they are individuals or couples, small groups or large family gatherings.

Each accommodation type is self contained, yet relatively close to each other.

The House has a lovely ambience featuring furniture from the earlier part of last century. Its enclosed veranda (which opens out on to the patio and spa) is an excellent area for socialising and entertainment, together with pool table and other games amenities. In the evenings the folding doors are secure, but allow a natural breeze thru-flow.

The Studio has its own undercover outdoor entertaining area with fans and bar, and the one bedroom Hibiscus Apartment is ideal for small families.

All bedrooms at Mango Manor are air conditioned for those who must have it!

The laundry facilities and gardens, including kitchen-herb-and-veggie patch, are for communal use.

Mango Manor is five minutes walk to Parap Village with its famous Saturday markets, funky fashion and groovy music, and a walk down hill from there to discover the seaside clubs, refresh and relax. Fannie Bay Race track is down the road and around the corner. Five minutes drive and you can be in Darwin CBD with its eclectic mix of eateries and entertainment- or Nightcliff for a walk along the foreshore, or to throw in a line!

Mango Manor can provide accommodation for just one person or as many as fourteen: simply a matter of working out who will sleep where.

In the Studio there is a queen bed.

In the one bedroom Hibiscus Apartment there is a queen bed and a single bed, with a rollout single bed beneath it.

In Mango Manor House the bed configuration is:
bedroom 1: a queen bed
bedroom 2: a queen bed
bedroom 3: a double bed and two single beds


Additional sofa beds may be provided on request.

Pricing structure for the Studio, the Hibiscus Apartment and the House.

Pricing shown on Stayz is based on the Studio unit (ie $100/$200 per night in low/high season).
The one bedroom air-conditioned Hibiscus Apartment is double that amount(ie $200/$400 per night in low/high season) and the three bedroom House is treble that amount (ie $300/$600 per night in low/high season).
The whole Mango Manor complex is available for 6 times that amount (ie $600/$1200 per night in low/high season).
