This is a very bright, breezy relaxing home in the best location with the sounds of the beach, fully set up for the whole family to enjoy.

Includes fully equipped kitchen with DW, new fridge MW coffeemaker. Laundry with new WM and dryer. RC AC, LCD TV, DVD and lots of books, games, movies, indoor & outdoor toys for the kids.

Sunny dining & informal living opens to a lovely large outdoor deck area (with BBQ, teak setting and cantilever umbrella) extending to a private and beautifully landscaped garden with views. The lounge room opens to a second deck area leading to a huge grassy back garden, fully enclosed for the kids to safely run around.

The master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe opens directly to the front deck and has full length windows on two sides for unobstructed views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with Tasmanian oak suite. The third bedroom has 2 sets of double bunks.

Good quality linen and towels available on request. Port-a-cot, baby bath , change table, high chair, toddlers' bench table available at no charge.

  • "Lovely light airy accomodation with fantastic entertaining area on both sides of the house. The house is really well equipped for people with children young and older, we stayed with four teenagers and had plenty of room and plenty to entertain with. Only a short walk to the back beach and coastal walks and not far from Sorrento Town. Jean was an absolute pleasure to deal with thanks for letting us bring the dog Jean, I would highly recommend."

  • "The 'Beach House' was perfect. Our two little girls loved all the toys and books, especially the 'kitchen'. The small details, like a stool in the bathroom for the kids and the highchair, made it feel like home. It was comfortable,clean, and warm with everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the closeness to the walking tracks down to the 'back beach'. Thanks Jean we had a fantastic time."

Jean was really helpful ensuring the house was equipped for our 4 week old baby. I almost don't want to recommend because we want to go back and don't want it to be fully booked!"
