Sawtell Beachside on 4th is a luxury two bedroom apartment, air conditioned for your comfort. This spacious courtyard accommodation boasts a modern outdoor setting with BBQ facilities provided (gas included). Automatic lockup garage included for safe and secure parking of your vehicle.
This open plan living apartment is fitted throughout with quality furnishings including a black leather chaise lounge. Austar is also provided for your entertainment. The spacious kitchen features white granite bench tops, modern stainless steel appliances throughout including dishwasher and oven. It is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, refrigerator and essentials. There are 4 Tolix retro bar stools provided for kitchen island dining inside.
Two large bedrooms, master fitted with queen size bed and built-in robes, the second fitted with two single beds with built-in robes. Quality bed linen and luxurious towels will complete your holiday experience. Beach towels not provided. The master bedroom is also fitted with an LED TV. We are located in a quiet area for your relaxing stay.
The modern bathroom with shower has a separate toilet as well as a top loading washing machine and dryer.
An outdoor shower is provided for your convenience to wash off on your return from the beach. There is also a park with BBQ facilities, alternative beach access and children's playground only a short walk at the end of Fourth Avenue. A two minute drive will take you to Boambee Creek Reserve which is a popular venue for families.

Whale watching
Late May to early November is whale-watching season in Sawtell. Get a great view of the whales from nearby Sawtell headland as they make their way up and down the coast.
