Balmain Wharf Apartments comprise just five contemporary and stylish apartments within a classic 1870's sandstone building. Originally the site of the Shipwright Arms Hotel, a recent full refurbishment now sees the interiors fitted out in designer style and comfort whilst retaining the character of a 200 year old building.

Balmain Wharf Apartments are an easy walk to coffee shops, local pub, newsagency and grocery store and a short bus ride (at the door) to cosmopolitan Balmain, with its wine bars, restaurants, pubs, boutiques and specialty stores.

The Bastion is our 2 Bedroom penthouse. With a wraparound balcony guests will enjoy spectacular views of Sydney Harbour, Sydney Harbour Bridge and the picturesque local ferry wharf.

The Shipwright Suite is situated on the top floor and enjoys stunning views of Sydney Harbour, Harbour Bridge and the picturesque local ferry wharf. The apartment also has an adjacent balcony, which is perfect for watching the boats go by. It has two bedrooms that overlook the park.

The Bartizan ground floor apartment is in an unbeatable location. Your apartment features a queen size bedroom and the living space has a modern kitchenette with all the facilities needed for convenience cooking. The Bartizan enjoys access to a private balcony that puts you right near the waterfront, where you can enjoy open views of the harbour.

The Parapet opens out onto a large private deck, and has stunning views of the waterfront. This ground floor one bedroom apartment features a separate queen size bedroom with ensuite stone tiled bathroom, spacious living area and separate galley style kitchen. The Parapet enjoys private access from the parking area adjacent to the building.
