Description

Perfect for the family holiday, friends getaway or quiet weekend escape superbly located only 200 metres from a safe swimming beach, 400 meters from Anderson road boat ramp, and an easy stroll into the main street of Cowes. This chic home is also only 6 kilometres from Phillip Island race track, and a quick drive to all other local attractions and surf beaches.

Stylish and well appointed with everything you will need to make your stay memorable, offering an open plan kitchen/dining area, opening to a large private courtyard for alfresco dining, excellent for relaxing and entertaining.

The comfortable living room has been well furnished, and also opens onto the central courtyard to allow full use of all this house has to offer. Including a full high definition LCD TV, blu-ray player, cd/stereo and ipod dock for all your entertainment needs.

Large master bedroom with full en suite including separate shower and bath, second bedroom with a double bed, and third with a single & set of bunks. A separate studio also opening onto the courtyard provides another two single beds, as well as an additional TV, perfect for older children or extra guests.

All creature comforts have been included, with reverse cycle heating/cooling, wall heaters in bedrooms for those chilly nights, and fully equipped European laundry.


No pets please. No smoking inside.

The owner was always accessible on the end of an email or phone and we appreciated his helpfulness with our booking and would not hesitate to rebook this property. "
