This is a brand new 2 storey holiday home situated at Carrickalinga Rise.
From the spacious decks enjoy the rural outlook with stunning views of the open paddocks stretching from the hills to the sea. In the evenings, relax and take in the spectacular sunsets from either the outside decks or upstairs living area.
This is a 5 bedroom home; 3 with queen size beds, 1 with 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 with a single bed.
Linen can be provided on request as an extra cost.
This holiday house has two toilets, two bathrooms, one featuring a freestanding French tub while the other has a dual shower.
There are two large living areas with split system air conditioning and large format TV's. Ceiling fans are installed throughout.
Activities
This area is a central point to lots of nearby attractions that are within a 20 to 30 minute drive such as wineries, restaurants, galleries and markets. For the sports or active enthusiast there is golf, tennis, lawn bowls, swimming, snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, horse riding, bike riding and bush walking. For those that like scenic drives there are many options;
McLaren Vale, Myponga Reservoir or the numerous beaches stretching along the coast through to Victor Harbor.
Checkout the Starfish Hill Windmill Farm or visit Deep Creek Conservation Park.
Why not picnic at Ingallala Falls or above Blowhole Beach with a majestic view overlooking Kangaroo Island.
There is so much to do and so little time....

We had an incredible stay at Hedland View and would highly recommend this to families or a groups of friends. Everything is brand new, beds really comfortable, kitchen fantastic with great BBQ area. Brilliant views of the bay, short 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved waking up to the horses and kangaroos with the bay in the background. Absolutely loved our stay. Have just returned rejuvenated from a relaxing family holiday at Headland View. We stayed with our 3 adult children, partners and 8 mth old grandson. The layout of the house was perfect. The downstairs area with it's kitchenette meant the kids had some privacy and made it easy for heating baby bottles etc. The view is amazing, the house is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to stay there again.

Our 2nd visit to Headland View in consecutive years! I guess you don't go twice unless you love it, and for some of my friends it was their 3rd visit.
A wonderful space, full of light. A group of us in our 30s go for a girls weekend of craft and wine, we sit on the balcony and watch the kangaroos bounce by at sunset and the horses and foals in the next paddock.
BLISS! The shower upstairs is awesome, the bath downstairs was MADE for an adult.
All facilities are top notch and plenty of wine glasses.
Lots of parking and a short stroll to the beach which is gorgeous (we saw dolphins this trip!)
Thank you for having us again, no doubt you will hear from me again next year!

Headland View - what a spectacular holiday home - 5 fabulous bedrooms, so much room for everyone. Beautifully furnished, very clean and modern. The views from the top deck are stunning - would certainly recommend this wonderful house, you won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely stay at Headland View. The accommodation was excellent. All the little extras added to the experience such as the sparkling wine and chocolates on arrival, games, books, totem tennis (very popular with the kids) and the stair gate to keep the toddler safe. We had many walks to the beach and park to kick the footy.We loved sitting out on the balcony to watch the sunset as well as the horses, kangaroos, foxes and birds. Overall a great place to stay.

Lovely venue, very well thought out for guest accomodation. Fantastic kitchen and an amazing view. The horses outside just added to the atmosphere. Beach at Normanville is great for the kids.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Headland View, the house was amazing, very clean, very well equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated, modern, it was just two of us in this big house but will definitely return with the kids! the owners have paid close attention to providing all the lil extras like coffee, sugar, gladwrap, hand soap etc, lots of nice lil touches provided, the outlook from the balcony is great, and we could hear the crashing waves at night. Loved the views and seeing the horses closely. Thank you Julie!!

Fantastic home in a prime location - the view is amazing and the home has been designed to take advantage of this. Very well furnished and tastefully decorated with all the mod-cons. Crockery / cutlery all well provided. Highly recommended and will look to book again.

Headland View was our highlight of our month. The location was great, close to the beach and the views of the rolling hills and sea were very special. We even saw kangaroos across the field in the morning.
The house feels like a home, very new and stylish. We really cant wait to take some time off and stay there again.
