The open plan living/dining area gives the cottage a light, homey feel and features a timber floor in the lounge area with cooling and heating split system air-conditioning, while the kitchen is well set-up and looks out onto the garden through the double sliding glass doors where you can sit under the fruit trees at the bench table and chairs in the spacious back yard.
The full bathroom has a separate shower and bath.
The separate laundry and toilet leads off the passage and out of the back door to undercover parking for one car with a roller door and there is room for 2 cars or a small boat in the drive-way.
NANCY'S COTTAGE
Relax with a cuppa first thing in the morning on the front verandah amongst the pretty cottage garden while listening to the birds or enjoy a BBQ with family and/or friends relaxing on the outdoor timber setting knowing the children and/or pets are safe because the property is fully fenced.
Take a leisurly stroll to the Sunday Market on the wharf, drive along the beautiful south coast or visit the excellent wineries in the area, there are so many sights to see and things to do on the Flerurieu Peninsula your spoilt for choice or just relax and unwind!
