This absolute riverfront property (not even a road is between you and the water) is comfortable, cosy, relaxing place to enjoy the tranquility of the river.

The house was refurbished in Dec 2010. It has quality linen, mostly new furniture, and is designed to offer more than a standard "shack".

The house sleeps 5 people in 3 beds (Queen x 1, Double x 1, Single x 1).

Relax and enjoy the beautiful water views from the house and the back deck.

Please Note: Cleaning fee also covers linen change and clean. This ensures the property is always clean and fresh for our next guests.

Carlton Riverfront Location

The property is absolute waterfront on the Carlton River and a very short walk to the beautiful Primrose Sands beach (which truly is magnificent).

There is a "river beach" about 40m away from the front of the property. Perfect for kids, dogs, kayaking, fishing or just relaxing with a good book!

Property is located 45 mins from Hobart, 25 mins from the Hobart airport and 15 mins from Sorrell.

Easy day trip to Port Arthur, Eaglehawk Neck, White Beach etc.

You are very welcome to bring your dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. As long as they are well behaved, they are welcome inside. The backyard is fully fenced.
