Enjoy a coffee in the fully equipped kitchen or dining area, or relax in the spacious gardens, sunken lawn area or outdoor dining area with a modern barbecue.

Forget cooking it is only a 12-minute drive to the Portsea Hotel or less to the stylish cafes and buzzing nightlife in Sorrento. Maybe plan a leisurely visit to the local Peninsula hot springs in the afternoon, or a trip to local wineries.
The Orion has two substantial bedrooms for couples (one with ensuite and one with a 32 inch Panasonic LCD TV and DVD player with FOXTEL HD GOLD and ipod/iphone connection). These bedrooms feature Queen size beds. Two other bedrooms feature two and three single beds respectively, and there is a separate large bathroom with spa. All beds have electric blankets.

The Orion is available for quiet enjoyment. Please note that we do not allow parties or the entertaining of large groups at The Orion, and smoking is not allowed in the house. We also do not allow pets at The Orion.
Bond
There is a $500 security bond that is refunded provided the property is returned in the condition it is found, and the above conditions of rental are followed. The bond is to be paid by bank electronic funds transfer (we cannot accept bond payments by credit card) no later than 7 days prior to arrival.
