This lovely spacious home sleeps 10 people in the main house and an additional 4 in the family retreat. The bedding configuration in the main house is: Master - 1 x King Size Bed and a spa bath ensuite, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Tribunk ( Single Bed over Double Bed ), Bedroom 3 - Single Bunk Beds x 1 & Trundle Bed x 1, Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen.
The separate Family Retreat has 1 x Queen, 2 x single beds, accompanied with a shower, toilet, kitchenette, heating/airconditioner, Plasma TV, DVD and stereo.
Other features include: i-Pod connectivity and Wi Fi, air conditioning and heating, laundry, port-a-cot (On Request for a small additional charge, linen supplied ), highchair.
Property has ample parking for cars, boats and/or horse floats.
Locality
The property is nestled amongst an abundance of the finest golf courses in Australia, with only a short picturesque drive to Red Hill you will find the Peninsula's finest Restaurants and Wineries.
Only 15 minutes away along the rugged coastal road via Cape Schanck you will find yourself in the heart of Flinders, amidst many Art Galleries, Antique shops and Cafes.
Around the corner is Peninsula Hot Springs where you can enjoy plenty of pampering, a massage or simply relax in the soothing hot springs baths. For the children Gunnamatta Trail Rides are only minutes away, or Boneo Maze and Wetlands is across the road, if you prefer indoor activities you are only minutes away from Rosebud Ten Pin Bowling, Indoor Heated Pool and Top Fun Mini Golf.
For the Surfers, it is a only a short drive to the Patrolled Gunnamatta Back Beach, or for a safe child friendly swim, Rosebud Beach, is 5 minutes drive down Boneo Road.
