"Melroh's" is located in the rural heartland of Boneo, 90 minutes from Melbourne, boasting beautiful rural views from Arthurs Seats across to Cape Schanck National Park. Its located opposite Boneo Maze Wetlands and around the corner from Gunnamatta Back Beach, Gunnamatta Horse Trials and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Red Hill is an easy 10 minute drive away. The property is nestled amongst the finest golf courses in Australia and an abundance of Wineries and Restaurants.
The property has an entertainment area, including a 15m x 5.5m solar heated and fully glassed fenced pool. There is a cabana and sun lounges, BBQ covered entertaining deck with 2 BBQ's and seating for 14 people, outdoor surround sound and an indoor games room with a 9 x 4ft 6" billiard table and table tennis.
Children will be delighted with the large outdoor playground consisting of a rope ladder, bridge, swing and slide and the large rear grassed flat lawn, perfect for a game of cricket or football.
Relax in the living room, in front of the plasma TV/DVD player or admire the views. The large kitchen, open plan dining, overlooking the pool and covered entertainers deck are perfect for entertaining. There is a second living room with a wood fireplace, plasma/DVD and 6 stacker CD player and stereo.
This lovely spacious home sleeps 10 people in the main house and an additional 4 in the family retreat. The bedding configuration in the main house is: Master - 1 x King Size Bed and a spa bath ensuite, Bedroom 2 - 1 x Tribunk ( Single Bed over Double Bed ), Bedroom 3 - Single Bunk Beds x 1 & Trundle Bed x 1, Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen.
The separate Family Retreat has 1 x Queen, 2 x single beds, accompanied with a shower, toilet, kitchenette, heating/airconditioner, Plasma TV, DVD and stereo.
Other features include: i-Pod connectivity and Wi Fi, air conditioning and heating, laundry, port-a-cot (On Request for a small additional charge, linen supplied ), highchair.
Property has ample parking for cars, boats and/or horse floats.
The property is nestled amongst an abundance of the finest golf courses in Australia, with only a short picturesque drive to Red Hill you will find the Peninsula's finest Restaurants and Wineries.
Only 15 minutes away along the rugged coastal road via Cape Schanck you will find yourself in the heart of Flinders, amidst many Art Galleries, Antique shops and Cafes.
Around the corner is Peninsula Hot Springs where you can enjoy plenty of pampering, a massage or simply relax in the soothing hot springs baths. For the children Gunnamatta Trail Rides are only minutes away, or Boneo Maze and Wetlands is across the road, if you prefer indoor activities you are only minutes away from Rosebud Ten Pin Bowling, Indoor Heated Pool and Top Fun Mini Golf.
For the Surfers, it is a only a short drive to the Patrolled Gunnamatta Back Beach, or for a safe child friendly swim, Rosebud Beach, is 5 minutes drive down Boneo Road.
Horse friendly property, good safe secure paddocks with dams, and a plentiful supply of water. Easy ride to Green Bush and Gunnamatta Back Beach. Plenty of parking for horse floats and easy access, without the need of reverse parking!
