Beautifully appointed executive home on doorstep to Brisbane City. Home offers dual living options, rent 1 level or both.
Minimum rental is 7 nights, shorter bookings accepted under conditions outlined below.
The home has all the features of a modernised classic Queenslander. The comforts of today's living have not been compromised. There is ducted airconditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans in each room. Smoke and security alarms. Wifi internet available anywhere in the home. Push button wall radio/CD control to most rooms plus 7 Flat screen TVs are scattered throughout the home. Wrap around verandahs, private decks, large and small patio areas allow for outside Queensland living.
Offering 2 homes in one. 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (4th bathroom planned) if you choose the whole home or each level offers a separate self contained 4 or 3 bedroom home. Each level also has a sofa bed plus a 2nd lounge.
Walking distance to free ferry to central Brisbane or City Cat services. From only $250 per night for one level or $500 per night for whole home (based on 7 nights).
Shorter bookings are $300 per night per level, with min charge of $1500. This home is undoubtedly the best holiday home available in Brisbane for position, luxury, space and special features.
UPPER LEVEL: from $250 for 4 persons 7 nights. Sleeps 7 in 4 bedrooms, plus double sofa bed off master bedroom small lounge area. 2 bathrooms + powder rm.
The master bedroom boasts a large ensuite with walk in robe, sitting room (with sofa bed) and small deck area. 2 other double bedrooms with queen beds plus 4th bedroom with twin king singles, allow for ample sleeping accommodation.
There are 2 lounges so the adults and children can enjoy their own spaces.
Large kitchen with dishwasher, ample storage and quality appliances.
Wrap around verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting, allow you to enjoy the outlook of the tree lined street. It is surprisingly quiet for such an inner city location.
LOWER LEVEL: from $250 / night. $270 in summer for 7 nights
This fully self contained home enjoys total privacy from upper level and sound proof ceiling. Generous living areas open to the private pool and BBQ area.
This level has 3 double bedrooms and an extra area that can serve as second casual lounge or 4th bedroom with sofa that converts to a double bed. At the moment there is just one bathroom, but there are plans for a second.
It has a smaller kitchen with dishwasher. Oven is built in under covered patio area.
NB The level of the home you are allocated is done on a "best fit" basis, but we do try to ensure your first choice is accommodated.
WHOLE HOUSE – BOTH LEVELS: $500 pn for 8 persons. For 7 nights.
Or $600 per night for 8 people for 1-6 nights. Min spend $3000.
To take the whole house gives you exclusive access to 7 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 combined bedroom/lounge areas, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 5 flat screen TVs, 2 BBQ areas and pool.
SHORT BOOKINGS CONDITIONS
Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...
- if your dates adjoin another booking
- if booking is made under 4 wks in advance
- NB min spend for one level $1500 and $3000 for both levels.
- Bookings will be accepted more than a month out if you are prepared to move to another Rylance Hometel home under our "best fit" policy. IE you are guaranteed a home to suit your group size, but will be told closer to the time which one you have been allocated. (The rate stays the same if you are upgraded and you will refunded if the home is less expensive.)
