Our Beach House gives you the best holiday accommodation with affordable rental rates plus lots of nearby attractions. We are located at 9 Diamond Bay Rd, Sorrento Victoria just a 15 min walk to the Sorrento town centre.


This fantastic new family beach house can Sleep 10 people and has much to offer for a great holiday. Our Affordable accommodation features:

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open fireplace, 2 complete living areas and extensive decking across much of the private fenced yard.

The Master bedroom has an ensuite & queen size bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a queen bed each, & bedroom 4 has 2 x bunk beds.
This magnificent property includes a spa bath, open fire place and ducted heating, 3 x plasma TV’s and FoxTel. The living rooms, kitchen & dining room open out onto the deck & BBQ area.

Our front deck is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on warm summer days. The front courtyard is a great spot to relax with a glass of wine or beer after a day of activity Golfing, Fishing, Sailing or Hiking on the Peninsula.

Local Attractions

Sorrento is the departure point for swimming with Port Phillip Bay's Bottle Nose Dolphins & Fur Seals, while our surf beach rock pools exhibit a range of ocean plants & animals. Students can also take a boat trip to snorkel or SCUBA dive the aquatic wonderland that is Pope's Eye Marine Reserve.

Try out "supping", surfing or the sensational socialising of Sorrento or simply relax and enjoy the many natural wonders including the beautiful National Parks and beaches right on your doorstep.

Sorrento Village

The Sorrento Village shopping centre provides all the appealing quality and atmosphere of a historical seaside village with the sophistication & style of a city shopping complex. Sorrento has a bountiful remarkable history which is believed to be the first European settlement in Victoria discovered in 1803 and later blossomed as a tourist destination for the rich and famous by George Coppin from the 1870’s. It is in this period that some of the magnificent limestone buildings were built in the entire town.

Many shops, stores and services with a mixture of both unique retailers and chain stores could be found along ?the main street shopping complex of Ocean Beach Rd.
