Argyle House is within 5 mins of the International Regatta Centre and the White Water Rafting. Close to the beautiful Blue Mountains, Penrith, historic Windsor and Richmond area's. Penrith is 45 mins from Sydney. The House has 4 large bedrooms 2 with queen beds 2 with double. The main bedroom is even larger with its own dressing room and walkin robe ensuite. We can sleep up to 10 people when we use 2 roll away beds there is plenty of room. The house also has large bar area with snooker table TV & DVD, BBQ, pool, outdoor sitting area, fully equipped kitchen eat in, open plan lounge and formal dining room, laundry with washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Owner lives close by and available if needed.

The house was a fantastic place to stay during our visit to NSW. It had all the facilities we required, inluding air-conditioning for all the areas which was much needed. We had plenty of fun in the pool and bar room, and would recommend this house to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. Thanks for allowing us to stay, we would definitely stay here again if we visit in the future.

Fantastic place to stay for a weekend escape with close friends or family. Fully furnished and heated which made the cold nights extremely comfortable. The pool and bar area were quite nice as well and we made the most of our time there, but it was a little bit too cold for a swim. Regardless the experience was a memorable one which I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay

8 of us stayed for 2 nights in this fantastic house in Penrith. I have never stayed in a better equiped house ever.It was a cold weekend but the airconditioners and heaters in the bedrooms kept us all warm. We all felt as if the owners had gone away and just left us their own home to stay in. We used the pool room/bar area but would have loved a swim but it was far too cold. We barbequed at night and generally enjoyed all this house had to offer. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend away.

The house was fantastic. The best part about it was that there was a bar and games room separate from the house.All areas including the bar area where heated, so no need to be cold over winter. Next time if we stay we will be there over summer when we could use the pool. Great place to stay with a group with plenty of things to do in the surrounding areas. The 8 guys thats stayed enjoyed there time and would love to come back again some time. Thanks once again for letting us stay in a very well presented house.
