Surrounding Beaches and Activities
House is situated in a quite street with no through traffic and plenty of parking.
Access to Curl Curl Beach is a 5 minute walk, along clifftop nature pathway,or road, where there is are safe swimming rockpools and great surfing.
Access to Dee Why Beach is 10 minute walk along clifftop nature pathway or road, to further swimming rockpools and surf, many great cafes restaurants and bars.
Manly Beach is 15 minute drive or short bus trip, Manly Ferry Service to Cirqular Quay in Sydney City runs every 30 minutes. A Ferry to Darling Harbour, where Sydney Aquarium, Wildlife World and many more attractions are situated can be taken from Manly and Taronga Zoo can all get access from this ferry service.
Many more Northern beaches are a lovely drive from Curl Curl, including Palm Beach , Kuringai National Park and many more are all within 30 minutes drive.
House Special Features
The house is fitted with top of range appliances in kitchen & laundry.
House is gas heated and very warm in winter months from sun and floor to ceiling windows and doors, and lovely and cool in summer with sea brezzes.
Both upstairs and downstairs entertaining areas, fitted with Gas BBQs, both areas have seating for 8-12 people. Poolside there are loungers and beanbags and shady and sun areas.
3 of the bedrooms have tv/dvds and stereos, both upstairs living and downstairs family rooms have large TVs & stereos
Large Childrens Playground, is amazing fun for children, swing & slide, trampoline, rockwall, cubbys, the are various sized chlidrens bikes, scooters, & skateboards all available to use.
