Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of Bunks and a trundle bed

There are 3 digital TV/DVD systems available for use.
Modern, well furnshed and a well equipped abundant kitchen supplies.

Price per night $175 minimum 2 nights
mid term weekly rate $700
school holidays ,minimum 1 week stay $900-$1400
Easter long weekend minimum 4 nights at $800
PH long weekends, minimum 3 nights
Available for 3-9 month rental contract

A cleaning fee is not included, renters to clean property on departure, any cleaning not completed will be charged and taken from Bond.
$200 Bond required with balance 1 month before stay, any costs associated with damage or additional cleaning taken from bond if required.

Deposit required for confirmation of bookings.
