Relax in this luxury 2-storey, 5br/3.5ba canal home in the heart of Port Mandurah, Halls Head.

The residence opens up to a waterfront patio with a modern 8 seater outdoor setting and a small grass backyard, all with spectacular views of the canal. If you're lucky enough to own a boat, you can moor up on the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to approx 42ft.

Indoors, the ground floor hosts the main living area with lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining, powder room, laundry and a huge master bedroom (Queen with ensuite).

Upstairs, you will find a second large living area, full bathroom with a separate toilet and 4 more bedrooms. A Queen with ensuite, Queen, Twin Singles and a Single. Enjoy spectacular views up and down the canal from the balcony and master Queen bedroom.

Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere of the Mandurah canals. Perhaps do a little crabbing or fishing from the jetty. Jump in for a swim if you get a little hot and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Take a stroll to the local beach or go for brunch at the beachside Dome cafe.

The town foreshore with it's restaurants, cinema and the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre is only a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk. If you forget your milk, you can buy your basic needs from the local deli across the road :)

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit based on 20% of the accumulative nightly rate is required to secure your reservation.

• Cancellations made within 48hrs of the check-in time/date will incur a 100% loss of the reservation costs (this excludes the cleaning fee and bond which will be refunded).

• A $1000 bond is required on all bookings and refundable at the end of your stay once the cleaner has been through the property and notes that there has been no damage incurred.

• The house is located in a well established area of Port Mandurah Canals and we request that all guests be respectful during their stay in consideration to the local residents. Excessive noise, especially late-night noise and anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

• This property is listed for relaxing getaways and family holidays only. PARTY-LIKE BEHAVIOUR is PROHIBITED.

- LOSS OF BOND may be incurred if these conditions are breached.
