Park and kids playground opposite with full access and short walk to golf course.

Bike tracks along beautiful coast line to world famous surf beaches and wonderful amenities and shopping nearby.

Torquay is a 5 minute drive and offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes & shops, including factory outlets for all major surf brands

Beaches - Jan Juc, Torquay, Cosy Corner for children, Bells Beach & Winkipop for more experienced riders

Golf - Torquay, the Sands, Barwon Heads, 13th Beach, Anglesea

Day trips - 12 Apoostles, Anglesea, Lorne, Aireys Inlet, Bellarine Peninsula, Mornington Peninsula ferry from Queenscliff to Sorrento
