Brand new holiday home located in Old Halls Head only 500m to the best beaches in Mandurah.
Self contained fully airconditioned 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home which comfortably sleeps up to 14 people. (An additional floor mattress may be supplied if required for 14th child.)
Double romote garage and ample space for a boat, trailer and extra cars is available.
Fully functioning chef's kitchen, open plan living with dining for 10. The paved outdoor entertainment area has an inbuilt bench seat and table seats 10 with a BBQ supplied*.
Families are catered for with a collection of children DVDs, games, books and playstation available.
Fishing rods, crab nets and scoops available for use - everything you need for a unique holiday is here.
The master queen bedroom has an ensuite, TV and DVD player with separate toilet and shower.
There are two more queen size rooms and another double bedroom with a double bed and single bunk on top.
The children's bunk room has 4 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobe space.
The property is suitable for pets (with negotiation and pet bond) and smoking is permitted outside.
This property is suited to families or small groups (max 10 adults, family groups welcome, no school leavers or groups of young adults under 25. Please do not ask.)
Linen is available at an additional $10 per person - please advise if you wish this service.
*Gas bottle available - tennants may use and refill at own discretion.
Take a walk to the best beaches in town - to the left for protected Doddis beach for fishing or swimming or behind to Blue Bay for boogie boarding, snorkling, diving and fishing for Mulloway and Tailor.
Take a walk to the Dome cafe by the beach.

Base rates are calculated for up to 6 adults. Additional adults $30p/n (maximum 10 adults). Excess of 6 guests, additional children $15p/n (maximum 14 guests total).
Linen is available at an additional $10 per person - please advise if you wish this service at time of booking.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance is required 7 days before arrival and a refundable bond (subject to terms and conditions) is charged.
Payments are preferred through direct deposit.
Minimum 2 night stay during low and shoulder season.
Minimum 3 night stay during long weekends and peak season.
Weekly discount does not apply from start of summer school holidays until second week of January.
