This modern & well maintained 2 storey duplex is in a fantastic position with views across the road to Tomago Cove and moments from surf & kid friendly beaches. Including; polished boards throughout, rake ceilings, new inclusions & modern gas cooking plus a dishwasher. With 3 large bedrooms all with built-ins, 2 bathrooms, and a generous open plan living & dining that spill out to 2 balconies, this property is great for a larger family but works very well for two families. You can walk to Barlings or Tomakin beach and come home for an outdoor hot or cold shower before you fire up the BBQ for dinner. This fantastic location offers you a very relaxing holiday and you will never want to go anywhere else. No need to use your car. Just come and relax.
