The recently refurbished 49 Ash provides you with a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The bright, open plan living area features cathederal ceilings, Coonarra wood heater, comfy leather couches and a full HD LCD TV coupled with a DVD/blu-ray player and premium sound system.
The modern, bright, fully-equipped kitchen provides the perfect space for preparing a simple BBQ or a gourmet feast. Facilities include electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher and outdoor BBQ. A Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother and coffee pods are provided.
49 Ash offers two spacious, newly carpeted bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, and one single mattress for additional guests. Doonas, pillows and blankets are provided, however please bring your own pillowcases, bedsheets and towels.
The bathroom contains a separate shower, toilet and vintage claw foot bath. The main bedroom has ensuite access. The house utilises tank water and has an onsite bore for hosing down beach or fishing equipment. Solar panels enhance the environmental sustainability of the property.
The spacious, sunny backyard features an array of native plants and fruit trees, attracting fascinating bird life, echidnas, possums and koalas. Uninterupted views over neighbouring farmland provides a peaceful backyard perfect for outdoor entertaining or simply relaxing.
A classic vintage bike with a carry basket is ready for a quick trip to the shop or a morning surf check, and two body boards are ready to glide along the friendly Waratah Bay waves.
