This large spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home caters for up to 10 guests and is perfect for your family retreats, weekends away, corporate escapes. With large living zones and extended outdoor areas, you have plenty of places for you to find a quiet spot to unwind.
Fantastic outdoor living includes a plumbed gas BBQ located on the deck with outdoor dining, and fabulous undercover heated spa - ensuring year round use. The front balcony captures the lovely afternoon cool breeze.
Downstairs is a games area for the kids including XBOX and table tennis.
Located within easy reach of Rye and Blairgowrie dining favourites, yet the full kitchen and huge dining table provides a great spot for a fun night in. The decision is yours!
The home rests behind secure gates and provides plenty of off street parking for boats and cars alike.

Full linen supplied for King beds, the double bunk and 2 singles. BYO linen if you require King beds to be split into twins, or supplied on request at additional cost to hire.
You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels, bath mats, face washers and hand towels.
We are unable to accept Schoolie bookings.
