Perfect for families and groups of friends alike,the beauty of this apartment is with such a magnificent view you never feel apart from the beach. The newly renovated security gated complex features a heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities.
The apartment has an open plan living room with flat screen TV and for your entertainment Wifi and Austar cable TV. Big ocean views can be enjoyed from the open plan living room.
For parents with young children the balcony is a perfect spot to relax and soak in the view while young ones have their day time nap.
A well equipped and BRAND NEW kitchen for those who choose to eat in or the many Bay Lane resturants are on our doorstep should you wish to dine out.
Both bedrooms open onto a wrap around balcony. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and second bedroom has two king singles that can be made into a king bed upon request.
A brand new bathroom and full laundry facilities are provided in the apartment. The apartment is also reverse cycle air-conditioned and has security basement car parking.
