Waterfront brick home with stunning water views through full size plate glass windows from lounge, kitchen and master bedroom.
Quiet private location just 50 meters onto the Bay beach.
This beach is approximately two Km long and backs onto the beautiful bush of Jervis Bay National Park. You often see the resident dolphins and sea eagles from this beach.
The house is 150 meters from a boat ramp and a wharf that is great for fishing, and with its own resident pelicans. It is close to rock pools, walks. bike tracks and is a three minute drive to shops which include IGA chemist butcher, Video shop, restaurant etc.
Two double bedrooms in main house, third bedroom is in separate cabin with 2+2 bunks, its own TV, DVD and room to play. Separate small bathroom for cabin.
Perfect for one family, or two families to share.
Gas BBQ and outdoor setting.
Full well equiped kitchen with dishwasher.
Washing machine, dryer. TV, VCR and CD player in main house, separate TV & DVD in cabin.
This is a completely smoke-free property.
Linen not supplied but available by arrangement.
