From the gentle lush beauty of the surrounding dairy country to the breathtaking mountain views, every aspect from the house presents picture postcard perfection. The house has three bedrooms all with ensuites. Other features include a wrap-around verandah, inside a large open plan living room which provides comfort & convenience with reverse cycle heating & air-conditioning plus a cosy log fire for extra winter warmth & ambience.

Austar is provided with PLASMA/DVD/CD/ipod dock, FREE WiFi and local telephone phones calls.

A modern kitchen with microwave & dishwasher plus a separate small laundry. The property features an in-ground pool, full size tennis court & barbeque area by the river and another in the pergola next to the pool. There is a outside rainforest shower for the sheer fun of it & even an additional outside septic toilet situated in another rainforest area. There is ample space for outdoor games. For the golf enthusiast there is a putting green with a manicured fairway, pitching distances & markers up to 140 metres.

Two 2 person canoes are supplied to give you accessibility to the river, there is also a small jetty if you wish to bring your own boat (there is an 8 knot speed limit on the river, so only good for gentle cruising).

A SPECIAL RATE OF $850 FOR A COUPLE FOR A WEEKEND IS OFFERED (queen size bed, with ensuite bathroom)
$500 TO $750 PER NIGHT for 4 TO 6 people for a weekend & school holidays (from 1 to maximum of 6 people only, (sorry no functions, no extras, no tents or camping on grounds).
MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS w/ends MIN 3 nights weekdays, MAXIMUM 1 WEEK.
Due to maintenance logistics of this large property bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance and a minimum of 4 days in between bookings is required.
DOGS WELCOME ONLY BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT. Reasonable conditions apply.
