Hepburn Villas are a combination of 1, 2 or 3 bedroom villas spread across 2 acres of gardens in a bush setting. Our tariff includes a gourmet regional hamper with muesli and other delights. The deluxe luxury spa villas have open gas log fires, King size beds, TV in the bedroom as well as TV/DVD in the lounge. The standard spa villas have Queen size beds and TV/DVD in the lounge with full kitchens. In all spa villas you will find a chilled bottled of sparkling to enjoy. If you are happy without a spa, the non spa villas offer fantastic value with queen size bed, TV/DVD, full kitchen and our wonderful welcome hamper. All villas have private verandah where you can sit and watch the Kangaroos and the wonderful sunsets sipping your champagne.
All villas have kitchen facilities, bathrooms with double SPA or Baths, separate showers. All have split system air-conditioning and heating to ensure your total comfort. Outside on the property you will find plenty of space to walk around and easy walking distance into Hepburn Springs. The grounds also have BBQ facilities with an outdoor setting to enjoy during the warmer months. Combinations of groups are available of up to 16 people. Hepburn Villas are perfect for romantic getaways, groups catching up and families wanting some peace and quiet.

Minimum stay is 2 nights for all villas both midweek and weekend.
