The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized bed, bedside tables, ceiling fan and a built-in robe. The 3rd bedroom offers a double sized bed, bedside table, ceiling fan and a wardrobe. The main bathroom has a standard sized bath, glassed shower and vanity with a separate toilet.
Downstairs Offers: a wide tiled entry foyer plus a large kids rumpus room, with 30inch TV, FOXTEL, DVD, i-pod docking station, lounge suite and 2x bunk beds. There is a second toilet and shower on this level which will come in handy for showering off the sand after a long day at the beach. The laundry comes fully equipped with a front loading washing machine and dryer plus rear door entry to the large fully fenced backyard (Small child and dog friendly). There is internal door access to the double auto lock-up garage ideal for 2 vehicles, your boat or the jet skis.

PETS WELCOME: Dogs are welcome only outside and in the garage area and can enjoy the huge fully fenced rear yard.

The Shoal Bay Foreshore is only a 400m level stroll approximately (5 minutes walk)and offers picnic tables, BBQ facilities, toilet amenities, public jetty plus a trail to the top of Tomaree Headland past the WWII gun emplacements for panoramic ocean and bay views. Shoal Bay offers 3 unpatrolled surf beaches plus the calmer waters of Shoal Bay itself to enjoy a swim on a hot summers day. There is village shopping for convenient items plus restaurants, cafes, the Newcastle and Port Stephens Game Fishing Club (Great view and cold beer, visitors very welcome) and the infamous Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel for fantastic bistro-like meals. Take a stroll along the walk/cycle way to beautiful Fingal Beach and enjoy a coffee at the surf club cafe.
