The home has 3 bedrooms. Beds are 1 queen size, 1 double, 1 single and 1 double bunk. All have doonas and pillows. The master bedroom has an en-suite. Queen and Double Beds have Electric Blankets.
There is a second main bathroom and separate second toilet.
Free broadband internet access is available.
The home has reverse cycle cooling and heating and a Gas log fire.
The open plan kitchen allows easy access to the lounge and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, gas oven and cook top, microwave, kettle and toaster. Complimentary tea and coffee and everyday amenities such as handwash, paper towels etc are also supplied.
The living area opens on to a large private undercover deck with outdoor table and chairs and a 4 burner gas barbeque.
There is also a large fully fenced backyard.
In the laundry there is a washing machine, clothes dryer and a bar fridge.
It is only a 3 minute drive to the Blairgowrie front beach and shops and 5 minutes to the Peninsula Hot Springs.

Get 20% off the total booking cost when you book 3 nights or more outside Peak dates and Public holiday weekends. A bond of $250 applies, refundable after inspection of the property. Please note for stays of 7 days or more the bond is $500.
