Seaside Stays is located on the beach front providing fantastic sea views across the Peninsula. The huge glass doors/windows upstairs extends the living area onto the large balcony where you can sit back, put your feet up and enjoy a wine while taking in the breathtaking views and cool sea breeze.
At night you are able to see the lights of Ardrossan and Adelaide in the distance. The balcony features a King Kettle electric BBQ and outdoor seating and table.
Providing 3 bedrooms downstairs a bathroom with shower only and toilet. A second toilet is located upstairs for convenience. The house can accomodate up to 8 guest. Beds consist of 2 Queen, 4 single (2 bunk beds).
When you enter the house, you will see no expense has been spared - from the fixtures to the fittings and furnishings, the house exudes luxury.
Features
There are 4 LCD Televisions throughout the house - 26" in the two main bedrooms. 36" in the upstairs living area with built in Blu-Ray DVD Player and 24" in the childrens bedroom. All have USB connection for external hard drive applications. Childrens room also has an Xbox console with 2 controllers (bring your own games).
Quilts and pillows are provided, and linen can be provided on request.
There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the upstairs living area and in every bedroom.
The house is situated right on the beach - where you can enjoy crabbing, fishing, swimming, shell searching, beach cricket, sand castle making to name a few.
Facilities include: Balcony, BBQ (electric), boat ramp within 5 min, Dishwasher, DVD, Electric stove and oven, Iron and ironing board, Fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry with small trough, Wash/dry combo washing machine, Microwave, Parking on site for 3 cars and boat, Internal stairs, 4 Televisions, Stereo with CD, USB, memory card connection, XBox Console.

Fantastic property in a great location. Seaside Stays is very professionally run, the proprty is beautiful with all mod cons. Very relaxing right on the waterfront, quiet location, easy to find and close to boat ramps. Had a very relaxing weekend enjoying the scenery with great catches of crab - they even had a crab cooker. Cannot speak highly enough of them!

Seaside Stayz, had a beautiful view. It was very relaxing, and the porch was great. The house was well set up and planned well, looking out onto the ocean, even though you are in kitchen cooking!
We caught lots of crabs.
I would highly recommend seaside stayz to anyone.

I can definitely see why Seaside Stays is an Award Winner as it has everything you require for a holiday getaway. The house has a modern spacious feel to it and I adored the snowflake light, that was awesome! We went raking for crabs and caught a nice feed, we cooked them up in the crab cooker outside and this was very easy to use. Overall I would recommend Seaside stays to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway whether it be with family, friends or a romantic getaway for two.

This is the perfect holiday home! We stayed with three young children and loved it. The house has everything you could possibly want in a home, they have thought of everything! The view is amazing and the outside deck is perfect. The second day was a bit windybut we just pulled down all the cafe blinds and they blocked out almost all the wind. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house, lovely location. We had two young children with us (2 and 4) and the house was great for us despite the stairs we had no issues. The kids loved watching the rabbits from the balcony!
We were there during the week, it was very quiet.
I would reccommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

The owner was really helpful to ensure that we were comfortable and all questions were answered. The house is near new and kept very clean and well maintained. The house is only a few meters off the beach and you can enjoy beautiful views from the second floor living area. We had a wonderful stay.

Thankyou so much Seaside Stays for a fabulous weekend. The house is gorgeous and so reasonably priced for a little taste of luxury right on the beachfront. The kitchen was so well catered for that we brought too much of the small stuff. A list of what is provided would have been great. We would definitely come back it's so peaceful and beautiful there, great place to get away from it all.

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The huge balcony is great for the kids to play on while the adults can relax. To be able to walk out onto the beach with out having to pack anything or worry about traffic is great. We look forward to staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Stays. The house is beautiful, the location is exactly as you see in the pictures, it's very clean, good beds, the kitchen is supercomplete, the deck gives great views of the ocean, what more can we say!
