Welcome to Kyo Cottage.
The moment you walk in the front door you have a feeling of belonging, of warmth and of holidays, time off, and fun!
Whether you are swinging in the hammock, lunching in the sun, playing cricket or basketball in the street, or just lazing on the long leather sofa, you will feel as though you have known the place forever, and want to stay forever.
The house has been recently decorated and everything is newly fitted out. It is charming in a way that offers comfort yet relaxed, stress-free living.
Kyo Cottage is a 10 minute walk to the front beach, stroll to the shops with friendly neighbours, lots to do and easy comfortable living.
3 bedrooms and a rumpus room, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a good sized laundry, fenced back garden and impressive front garden, an outdoor shower, ample inside and outdoor living, an enticing hammock, barbeque and lovely airy spacious renovated kitchen are the key features to this home full of character and warmth.
There are 3 bedrooms, all fresh, quiet and breezy.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large built-in wardrobes and shelves, and a lovely ensuite bathroom. It has a fan for hotter days.
Bedroom 1 has twin single beds, is bright and spacious, also with wall to wall wardrobes and beautifully decorated.
Bedroom 2 is the gorgeous white bunkroom sleeping 4 people with a possible 2 extras. There are two new white bunks with trundles underneath, it is upstairs so is perfect for children or another family. A large room with air conditioning and heating, as well as doors onto a private balcony overlooking the back garden with tree top views. You will also find wall-to-wall built in robes and shelving in this room.
Linen is available at an additional cost if required but doonas and pillows are provided.
You will find an ipod dock, Two DVD players and two TVs, toys and games for children, an iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, expansive outdoor umbrella, well equipped kitchen including microwave, sandwich toaster, lovely platters and cooking utensils for those of you who are so inclined!
Heating and cooling throughout, and ducted vacuming.
No schoolies please.
This is a smoke-free home, thank you.
We are a pet friendly home, ouside only.
