What a beautiful property! It was so lovely staying at Eastern Rise. Best moments were the simple ones, like having a cup of coffee and a chat while sitting on the deck, looking over the valley. We were lucky enough to experience a spectacular thunder storm too, which really made our trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property!

We stayed for three nights with family from UK and were all delighted by the situation and breathtaking views. The house is large, comfortable and extremely well fitted out and equipped with everything one could need for a short or long stay, with lots of nice little touches, particularly in the kitchen. Thank you Genine for a wonderful stay.

Was absolutely amazing. A bunch of friends for a week over new years, had the most amazing time sitting on the balcony enjoying the view, hunting for water holes in the nearby hinterland and heading down the short 20 min drive to the beach. We could even see the fireworks at byron from out balcony when the clock struck midnight on new years eve. The picture on this site are beautiful, but honestly don't do it justice. Highly recommend! The only reason we won't book here again is if we move to the area (after this lovely week it's on the cards!!)

Great house with spectacular views and so much living space. Had a really awesome weekend, enjoyed sitting on the huge deck and imagining that we actually lived there. Very relaxing. Also enjoyed easy trip into mullumbimby for supplies and to the beach in Byron. Nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchen.
