Description
Heliconia 13 is a luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located on the hillside just up from the Hamilton Island Harbour facing West. Split over 2 levels, the master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite and your own TV, and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds or king size bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge room and a rollaway bed to accommodate extra guests. The ensuite bathroom has a shower and a bath.
The apartment is air-conditioned throughout, with a fully equipped kitchen containing all modern facilities such as Dishwasher and Microwave. All crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer for your use.
It features a large balcony off the lounge, with a barbeque, outdoor setting and 2 sun lounges for you to appreciate the breathtaking views of the Henning and Whitsunday islands especially the magnificent sunsets. In the Lounge room there is a LCD Widescreen TV with Austar and DVD player. There is also a TV in the Main Bedroom.
Included with your stay is exclusive use of your very own Electric 4 seater buggy (with seat belts) and Airport/Ferry Terminal transfers to your apartment.
A Starter pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, toilet paper, Washing Detergent, Washing Powder and soaps is also provided.
Also a bottle of Champagne on arrival is supplied for stays of 7 nights or more.
Check in: Our valet service will greet you at the airport where you will be taken on a quick introductory tour of the island and then to the apartment for a hassle free start to your holiday. Standard check-in time is 2pm, although earlier check-in time can be arranged, subject to apartment availabilty.

With 2 bathrooms and 2 bedroom split over 2 levels Heliconia 13 offers great accommodation for a family or 2 couples. The master bedroom is located downstairs with a Queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with a shower over the bath and your own plasma TV.
The large 2nd bedroom is located upstairs with a built in wardrobe, and chest of drawers for longer staying guests to store their clothes, plus a large bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 zip single beds which can be joined to make up a King bed. There is also a single rollaway bed for larger families.
For babies and toddlers there is a Cot (with linen provided) and a High Chair to make your stay more comfortable. There is also a Baby Stroller for your convenience so you don't have to drag your stroller with you on holidays.
With both bedrooms and bathrooms being split over 2 levels this offers great privacy for couples or families.
Heliconia 13 is in a quiet location up on the hillside just a short distance from the Marina, restaurants, boutiques and the New Yacht club.
HAMILTON ISLAND ACTIVITIES & FACILITIES
Tours and many FUN activities can be booked at the tour desk and you can explore the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach, or simply relax at the Hamilton Island Pools.
You have access to all resort facilities including water sports and the Kids Clownfish Club (Charges Apply). In addition to the various pools, all guests and residents of Heliconia apartments have the use of your own private swimming pool.
There are many shops, activities and tours available as well as child minding and baby sitting services. Try out the new 9 Pin Bowling Alley.
There are over 10 restaurants, takeaways, Bakery, Pharmacy and a small supermarket on the island.
Most credit cards are accepted on the island. There is a Westpac bank and ATM on the island for your convenience. EFTPOS facilities are also available.
