The Lakeside retreat is fully furnished and wonderfully equipped with fantastic views of the lakes. The property is situated on the blue water lake and park in tranquil Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course Estate.
It is 1.5km from the bustling Dunsborough townsite and close to The pristine beaches of Eagle and Bunker Bays
The decor includes a gourmet designer kitchen with brand new appliances.There is a seperate dinning room for that special dinner.
The bedrooms are comprised of modern furniture with new comfortable beds and mattresses, all with built in robes.
The large living/games room is luxuriously appointed with 107cm flat screen TV and pool table. This area leads out to an undercover alfresco with BBQ and outdoor furiture.
There is a seperate Lounge room for some quite reading or just relaxing and taking in the veiws.
