Relaxed retro hideaway with plenty of room for 2 families to share. Comfortably sleeps 10 but cosy enough for less! Just pack your bags and arrive - we have thought of everything.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - 2 x single bunk beds (sleeps 4), robe.
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, robe.
Bedroom 4- 1 x single bunk bed (sleeps 2),
all linen and towels (bath and beach) provided at no extra charge.
2 bathrooms - Family bathroom with full bath, separate shower and toilet. Modern ensuite with shower, vanity and separate toilet.
Full laundry with new facilities (front loading washer and condensing dryer, ironing board and iron). Outside washing line as well. Washing powder provided for your use.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Make yourself at home, browse through the cookbooks, cook up a storm, bake a cake or make a reservation at a nearby restaurant! Tea and Coffee provided plus other kitchen essentials such as tea towels, glad wrap, foil, oil, salt and pepper. A selection of Nespresso pods provided too.
Inside dining area comfortably seats 10. Ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and mugs including an array of plastics for kids and outdoor use provided. There are 2 highchairs available if required.
Large open plan living area with huge flat screen TV and DVD player. Plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs. Fabulous record player with retro record collection.
All bed linen, pillows, and doonas are provided. As are bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels and beach towels.
Totally separate from the house is a great games/playroom with toys, games for all ages and second television for dvd and video viewing. A selection of videos and dvds are available for your enjoyment.
Paved outdoor dining area seats 10 plus. Both a charcoal Webber bbq and gas grill bbq to choose from.
Recline on the deck chairs or relax in the large hammock and enjoy the private garden complete with veggie patch, sand pit, totem tennis, outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and play boules on the lawn or enjoy a game of quoits.
All 4 bedrooms are spacious, have blinds and/or curtains on all windows, good storage space for hanging and/or storing belongings and reading lights for all beds.
Powerful air conditioning and heating in living area, kitchen and dining. Ceiling fans in main bedroom, queen bedroom, and playroom. Heating in bathroom and two additional portable heaters and fans for your comfort. Electric blankets on all beds. New fly wires on windows and large glass louvers allow for lovely cross ventilation and capture the sea breeze.
Double garage with second refrigerator for your use and table tennis table.

My family and I recently stayed at Sandy Court Beach House over the Christmas period. The house is without a doubt the most kid-friendly house I have ever stayed at, from the sunny back garden filled with fruit trees and plenty space for the kids (and adults) to play, to the fantastic playroom filled with toys and activities for kids of all ages. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped for a holiday rental and the house is spacious, airy and clean. Thank-you Lisa for helping with all our questions and providing a brand new blender and delivering a hosepipe to the house during our stay so the kids could have a splash in the backyard.
We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Sandy Court Beach House has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. This is a beach house that caters to the needs of the entire family. We especially loved the outdoor shower, record player, extensive toy collection, hammock, sand pit, ipod docks, kids crockery, BBQ, beach tent, high chair, breezy master bedroom and proximity to the beach and a good coffee. This home has that wonderful balance of being both totally user friendly and really charming. Hidden away in a quiet court and just a stroll to the sea and Somers General Store, meant we could walk everywhere and forget about the car. (Danielle and family Jan 2012).
This property is available for rental all year round. This is a smoke free house.

An easy stroll to all the attractions of Somers. 250m to the beach and the Somers General Store. Dolphins can often be spotted frolicking close to the shoreline on Somers beach. Great central location in private beachside court. Walking distance to playground, tennis courts and Somers yacht club. Short drive to all of the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.

Enjoy the delights of Somers and the Mornington Peninsula - Relax and read the paper on the private deck. Sleep in the hammock. Walk on the beach or through the koala reserve. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance plus bond is payable no later than 14 days prior to the arrival date. For last minute bookings payment in full plus bond is required to secure your booking. 5% discount available for stays of 14 nights or more.
