Relax, read, cook in the fully equipped modern kitchen and enjoy your dining experience whilst watching the surfers catch a wave!
Unsurpassed views from ALL rooms of the house, a large, sunny deck area with BBQ and outdoor setting, even a telescope to watch the stars at night!
WYE LUXURY has 3 Queen sized bedrooms, ALL with full height sliding doors to capture what you have come to see, the ocean and bush!
Downstairs the Master bedroom with King Size bed, has ample wardrobe space and a huge ensuite with separate shower and a free standing bath to relax and soak in.
The second bathroom has a shower, vanity and both bathrooms have toilet suites.
There is a European laundry and the second bedroom with Queen Size bed has ample wardrobe amenities.
PARKING for 2 cars is right at the front door – NO carrying bags up steep steps!
All linen and towels are supplied – just bring your beach towel.
RESTRICTIONS:
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
WYE LUXURY is not suitable for children under 12 OR pets.

Our own GENERAL STORE has gone through a major transformation over the past two years.
Avail yourself of gourmet, organic produce, fabulous coffee, great cafe food and the fresh bread baked on the premises has to be tasted to be believed!
Fully licenced, breakfast, lunch and dinner available inside with an open fire, or outside on the heated deck.
Lorne is a fifteeen minute drive away and Apollo Bay 25 minutes.
There you will find an array of restaurants, cafes,homeware and clothing stores and great book shops and cinemas.
Fresh seafood is available straight from the docks at both towns.
There are many wineries within easy driving time from WYE RIVER and in the summer months pick your own berries from two great berry farms enroute to Deans Marsh.
Birregurra is a fantastic outing - lots of antiques, cafes and Birregurra Farm Foods for stocking up on organic meats, cheeses, wines and all your provedore needs.

Hi Peter,
I am writing to say my wife and I really enjoyed our time at Wye Luxury last week - we found the house absolutely perfect. We got some great contact with the wild life, including a very close encounter with a koala from the top deck.
