The saltwater heated pool is great to unwind in after a day at the beach, kids love it. Large kids room with plasma TV allows parents some time on their own.

Accomodation includes 4 bedrooms all with built in robes.
Master bedroom boasts a king size bed with large dressing zone/robe and ensuite bathroom.
All other bedrooms have king single beds or king single bunk beds.
Open plan living zone incorporates the kitchen, family and meals area.
Separate kids room with plasma TV.
Gas/Solar heated pool.
Large private observation deck affording views from Mt Martha to Point Nepean.
Upstairs is another sitting area with great views to the sand dunes.
Modern laundry contains , washing machine, clothes dryer, with inside and outside drying lines.
Please note this property has a 2 night minimum booking requirement (peak is 7 night minimum).
The property has a $2500 security bond requirement.
