We have just installed a Gourmet style kitchen - so the choice is yours, dine in - or select from the myriad of wonderful restaurants on your doorstep.
The pool and spa area has recently undergone an "extreme makeover" - and looks sensational. The bbq adds another dining dimension.
Recently painted throughout and with new floor coverings and furniture it is quite a stylish "Beach House".
The deck has been replaced and a new outdoor setting and end panels are on the way.
There are 2 bedrooms, the main with a queen sized bed and ensuite, the second has two singles. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and are air-conditioned. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated to a very high standard, the ensuite has a bath.
The kitchen and dining/living area are open plan, air conditioned, have a ceiling fan and open onto a balcony. There is a separate powder room off the lounge-room.
The ground level has a walk-in laundry with washing machine, dryer and storage space. There is undercover parking for one car.
Vehicle access is by private driveway off Noosa Parade. Pedestrian access is either via Noosa Parade or Hastings Street.
There is on-site management with a tour booking office. The tariffs include a Departure Clean, additional servicing and cot hire are available. Guests wishing to use the bbq are asked to book it through the Manager's Office.
All in all - this is a great spot for your next Noosa escape!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Villa 15. Perfect location and very comfortable villa with all we needed. Ideal for us with 2 young children. Lovely new pool. We'll be back ! Many thanks.

This unit is a 10/10! Great location, very immaculate and extremely private. The pool is new and was a hit with the kids. We will definately be visiting again!

Villa 15 at the Hastings was the perfect base for a long weekend with family and friends in Noosa! Just a moments walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping it was well presented and perfectly located!

I found this a very good place to stay. it is right in the heart of Noosa and you don't even need a car if you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday as everything is within walking distance.
