The Terrigal Residence has undoubtedly one of the best positions in the Captain Arthur Phillip Estate, enjoying magnificent views from the top of the hill. The residence offers easy access to relaxing Terrigal lagoon with calm sea waters, golden sand beach and set of quality cafes, restaurants and boutique shops at Terrigal Esplanade. All this is only 3km away.
There are 4 spacious bedrooms in the house. A secluded master bedroom with queen size bed, luxury ensuite and WIR. Treat yourself with a breakfast on a private balcony catching ocean glimpses.
Another three bedrooms are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed, WIR and a study area. The other two bedrooms have single beds and built in wardrobes. There is also a huge two-way bathroom with a spa bath, shower and a toilet.
The house also have three living areas (one with big Plasma TV, another with kitchenette, table tennis table and children pool table for your entertainment), dining area and a separate study room.
All areas are fully air conditioned to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
The main open plan fully equipped kitchen with gourmet cooking appliances, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen and dining area overlooks a private swimming pool with a spa. The main living room leads to undercover Balinese style entertainment area with a bench-table for great outdoor dining on a warm summer evening.

Bedroom 3 : Single bed
Bedroom 4 : Single bed
Living room upstairs has a fold out 2.5 sofa bed as well.
The house has three bathrooms with a fourth toilet in the laundry.

Dimitri and Irina were lovely hosts. They always had time for us and were attentive when we needed assistance. They were extremely understanding as we were a group of girls and the house was so big we were amazed. I highly recommend this house because not only did the hosts offer great hospitality but the house was great.

Our family had a fantastic time at Terrigal residence. The boys loved the swimming pool,BMX track nearby and coloured lights by the bbq. The coffee machine makes great lattes too. A minor thing - the Dvd needs to be connected to the TV screen. This is a fabulous family house - thank you for such a lovely holiday Dmitri and Irina

Thanks very much for a great stay at your wonderful house. My family had a terrific time at Terrigal and so very much enjoyed the facilities at the house. We had plenty of room to move and in particular enjoyed the lovely pool to relax in at the end of the day. That is even after enjoying the early part of each day at the beautiful beaches you have there!

My family enjoyed our stay for 1 week at the Terrigal Residence. My daughters enjoyed spending most of their time in the pool. The house was spacious and the facilities were very good.
It was a nice getaway from the city and a quiet place to read, relax, and revive.

What a FANTASTIC HOUSE. We had 2 Families stay and there was more than enough room for everybody to have their own space. Kids left the adult alone as the facilities in the house kept them occupied. There were so many extra���s that you won���t normally expect, table tennis & soccer table, Lego for the little kids. Kitchen fully equip with every possible appliance. Fantastic Rumpus Room, SO BIG.
The owner was MORE than accommodating, excellent communication and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. MANY THANKS.
Highly recommend this house and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a lovely stay at the Terrigal Residence. It is a beautiful and spacious house decked-out with everything you could possibly need. It's in a great location in a nice, quite street yet still close to the restaurants/shops and beach. I highly recommend staying at this house for your next stay on the Central Coast!
