Description

Elwood Beaches is a one bedroom, luxurious, self contained B&B. Hosts Bev and Michael Constable are on site to welcome you and ensure your stay is truly enjoyable and comfortable. At the same time, your privacy is assured with private entrance and self contained facilities. The accommodation is particularly spacious providing a lounge/dining room with open fire, separate bedroom with a luxurious queen size bed, a well equipped kitchenette, pebbled bathroom and your own private courtyard. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Wireless broadband internet also included in rates, just bring your own laptop.

Elwood Beaches is ideally located to enjoy a walk along the foreshore, have a hit of golf, catch a tram into the city or sip a latte around the corner in Elwood Village. All are within easy walking distance. Off street parking.

Located 8km from Melbourne CBD, Elwood is a bayside suburb between St. Kilda and Brighton. Elwood Beaches is opposite Elsternwick golf course, literally around the corner from Elwood Village with its cafes and restaurants and is an easy walk to the beach, St. Kilda attractions, parks and gardens and public transport.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by one of our management team, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

RATES

For 1-2 guests:
2-3 nights $224 per night
4-6 nights $179 per night
Weekly $160 per night
Monthly $144 per night

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement

** Please contact us with your requirements as we have over 50 unique properties just like this, so we will likely have something to suit you perfectly should this one not be available.


PET STAYS are welcome. We just add a $40 per week fee for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of our pet guests leave us a little bit of extra cleaning!

All bookings include bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, and interim or weekly cleaning (for stays of a week or longer)

Special events & public holidays attract surcharges and minimum stays.
