Elwood Beaches is one of the lovely properties managed by BOUTIQUE STAYS, a unique small business independent of stayz. We take great care in the presentation of our homes so you can relax knowing we have already thought of everything you need for a comfortable stay. We cannot list any direct contact details here so please just send us an enquiry and we’ll get back to you straight away as we are open 7 days a week.
Elwood Beaches is a luxurious and spacious self contained unit in the heart of Elwood. Easy walk to cafes, beach and public transport. Elwood Beaches is a one bedroom, delightful self contained property in the gorgeous, bayside suburb of Elwood. It has an open plan lounge/dining area complete with an open gas fire. Full Foxtel (cable TV) package included or enjoy watching a DVD from our wide selection.
The separate bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed with choice of pillows to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The modern kitchenette is well equipped - including a microwave, fridge, portable electric hotplate - and includes all your cutlery and crockery requirements. A delightful breakfast hamper is provided on day of arrival full of lots of wonderful treats! The pebbled ensuite is absolutely heavenly, and has a shower big enough for two.
To complete the perfect property, Elwood Beaches has a lovely sunny courtyard, washing machine, airconditioning & heating, unrestriced on street parking, and so much more. Pets are welcome by arrangement. Wireless broadband internet also included in rates, just bring your own laptop.
Elwood Beaches is ideally located to enjoy a walk along the foreshore, have a hit of golf, catch a tram into the city or sip a latte around the corner in Elwood Village. All are within easy walking distance.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS
All bookings include gourmet breakfast hamper on arrival, FREE WIFI, full FOXTEL, bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, professional weekly housekeeping (for stays of a 8 nights or longer) and exit clean on departure. Plus our fabulous customer service 7 days a week!
MINIMUM STAYS
In general, we have a 5 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
