As you enter this spacious and light-filled home you will enjoy stylish, fully furnished accommodation for up to 6 guests. Experience open-plan living with a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen, dining for six and a comfortable living area offering plenty of seating for everyone. A plasma TV and DVD/CD are included for your entertainment and all this opens out onto a private courtyard, perfect for outdoor dining and BBQ's.

Rose Cottage will entice you to retire to the bedrooms, all with top quality and super comfortable bedding. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, en suite and a generous walk in robe. The cosy 2nd bedroom at the front of the property has a queen bed and built in robes, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 singles beds and a free standing robe.

The main bathroom features a spa bath with shower overhead and the en suite perfectly complements the master bedroom with a shower. Each bathroom has fluffy white towels and a welcome pack of luxurious toiletries.

If you like to cook, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and you are minutes from a choice of supermarkets and gourmet markets on Chapel St. But for many, the lure of the local restaurants is too strong and the Prahran’s pubs are some of Melbourne’s best. There’s a ‘buzzy’ cafe culture in Melbourne and the Baristas of Prahran serve coffee with a flourish, an experience not to be missed.

Rose Cottage is centrally located for easy access to Melbourne's Alfred Hospital and is just 15 minutes by tram to the CBD where you can visit the Arts Centre and Federation Square.

Also, within easy walking distance is the High St shopping precinct with cafes and restaurants and the bonus of an easy tram ride or walk to fabulous Chapel St with it wealth of fashion boutiques and cafes.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Minimum Stays
In general, we have a 7 night min for bookings made 3 months or more in advance, and a 5 night min otherwise. Variations to minimum stays include some peak periods which may attract longer minimum stays, and we will also accept stays of less than 5 nights at our discretion, usually if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar or within the month of enquiry.
