The fully equipped kitchen has the latest in design and appliances: Miele gas top, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave together with a full compliment of cooking equipment make it easy to prepare a gourmet meal, or a salad if you want to go out onto the balcony to 'chuck some prawns on the barbie' or your piece of steak while the nibbles are set out on the beautiful granite worktops in the kitchen.

A comfortable sofa and quality travertine floors add to the enjoyment of this apartment. All the media equipment is excellent including a large plasma screen TV.
The pale cream marble dining table will seat 4 and there is also outdoor furniture when dining alfresco.

A very spacious bedroom with a queen bed has storage as well as plenty of hanging room for your garments.

The apartment is completed and enhanced by an attractive ultra modern bathroom that is very user friendly with a large shower area and a separate bath
A good sized laundry with washer and drier, also a washtub and cupboards both above and below the sink add to the very user friendly atmosphere in this apartment.

A bond is required; this is returned at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment.
Internet connection is available, there is a charge of $120 for the first 4 weeks subsequently reducing to $675 per month.,
A departure clean is charged at the end of each booking and if necessary a carpet clean also.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season and duration of stay.
